The President and Vice President are busily focused on solving Syrian issues and considering Putin’s OpEd today to the New York Times. Surely these are important issues to be dealt with however… I ask the President, our U.S. Senate and U.S. Congress if those issues are more important than those here at home including Benghazi, The IRS scandal, The ObamaCare catastrophe, The Keystone Pipeline, fracking and our energy Issues, the debt ceiling, economic recovery and more?
The White House is also busily trying to appease the Unions from complaining and trying to get a waiver out of ObamaCare, while spending valuable time and resources listening to Putin’s diatribes about America’s deficiencies, with very little else of importance coming from the massive investment of White House czars, staff, chefs and (26) staff members for the President’s wife. It is not comprehensible to me as to why we must close the White House to public visitations at a cost of $17,000 per week while maintaining such an elite White House organization. Probably our most frugal president, Harry Truman and his wife Bess would turn over in their graves if they saw the money that this administration wastes. Mr. Truman and Bess came from their $12,000 home in Independence, Missouri to live in Washington. As I recall Harry Truman refused to take his salary of $25,000 a year to serve as President.
It appears to me that the important decisions and work for this country seem to get buried under political priorities…with too many signs that the this country’s White House leadership is totally out of control.
Many thanks go out to the thousands of motorcycle riders that elected to ride to Washington, DC yesterday…to show real respect for victims of 9/11…even in the face of seemingly political efforts to stop their ride. We really have a lot of work to do in righting this country. I would like to see our leadership focus on the real issues internal to this country.

Newly released emails show that Lois G. Lerner, the woman at the center of the IRS scandal over special scrutiny of conservative groups’ applications for tax-exempt status, specifically targeted tea party applications and directed they be held up in 2011 in order to come up with an agency policy.
“Tea Party Matter very dangerous,” Ms. Lerner said in the 2011 email, saying that those applications could end up being the “vehicle to go to court” to get more clarity on a 2010 Supreme Court ruling on campaign finance rules.
The email, released by a House committee investigating the IRS, seems to counter Democrats’ arguments that tea party groups weren’t specifically targeted.

Capitol Hill Republicans are trying to stop the Obama administration from offering labor unions a sweetheart deal on ObamaCare, as the White House tries to quell a simmering rebellion from Big Labor over the health care law.
President Obama and White House officials reportedly have called union leaders to try and persuade them to tone down their complaints, pledging an accommodation. The AFL-CIO, though, on Wednesday approved a resolution anyway calling the law “highly disruptive” to union plans.
